Over two years ago, I was sitting behind a desk feeling like I was wasting my life. My roommate and best friend would email all day discussing what we COULD be doing with our time. Then she found The World Race. Holland sent me a link to a site with hundreds of stories of people changing the world. It didn’t take five minutes for us to click the link to sign up. We wanted more. We wanted an adventure. We wanted our lives to be changed while serving in the process.

The World Race was exactly that. Over eleven months, I was broken and burdened for people around me, yet also restored and loved by the people I had come to “serve”.
